Important Notice: Beware of Fraudulent Instructor/Trainer Agreement Impersonating Encertify

It has come to our attention that certain individuals or groups are fraudulently using the names Encertify Solutions, Inc. and Encertify Private Limited to contact professionals via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms. These scammers are falsely offering training assignments and distributing fraudulent "Instructor Agreements" that reference our company.

Please be advised that Encertify (Encertify Solutions, Inc. / Encertify Private Limited) has not authorized any individual or organization to distribute such agreements or offer training opportunities on our behalf.

Our official domain is encertify.com, and all official and legitimate communication from us will originate from this domain (e.g., support@encertify.com).

We have recently observed scammers using Gmail addresses and, more concerningly, a newly registered domain — encertifysolutions.com — to send deceptive emails posing as our representatives. One such example includes:

Please treat any communication or documents received from such domains as fraudulent and report them immediately.

We want to emphasize that Encertify is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these fraudulent activities, including but not limited to financial loss, theft of personal information, or other related consequences.

We strongly urge all professionals to verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from Encertify by contacting us directly at support@encertify.com. Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information unless you have confirmed the legitimacy of the request.
